Address: Geoffrey Roy Brown was born in Culcairn in 1943, Geoff worked for the Culcairn Council he was the caretaker for the Culcairn Caravan Park, he worked there for many years, Geoff never married, for most of his life he suffered from epalepsie and Asthma. His mother Mary Ellen Brown nee Babington also worked there, booking in customers, cleaning out the facilities etc. Mary and Geoff lived in the house at the Park. Geoff was a great gardener, he established a beautiful garden around their home in the Park, there were masses of flowers (of the non perfume type) and shrubs. Geoffrey died on the 10th August 1991 in his home at Culcairn, from a severe asthma attack, he was 47 years old. Geoff is buried in the Culcairn cemetery. Geoff was a kind and gentle soul, not once in my life did I hear him raise his voice in anger. Geoff's mother Mary Brown retired from the Caravan Park after the death of her son, at this stage in Mary's life she was 80 years old. Mary moved into a small flat in Culcairn for a few years before moving in with her daughter and son in law Shirley and Harold Farrelly at Camperdown in Victoria. Not long before her death Mary moved into the Merindah Lodge in Camperdown
