Penrith, Wednesday. — A man by the name of Amos Spinks died in the Cottage Hospital this morning. Dr Shand refused to give a certificate of death as the deceased had been treated by a chemist in St. Marys. An inquest was held, and the jury decided that no blame could be attached to anyone.
