He died at his residence at Lake Albert, New South Wales of Lobar Pneumonia. He was last seen by a Dr A S Boyd the day before his death. The death informant was his son Leslie who was living Albury Road, Via Wagga, New South Wales. Witnesses to his burial were J Lockett and M J Campbell.

MR. R. E. ANGEL At the Wagga Base Hospital on Saturday, Mr. Raymond Edward Angel, of "Koinglo", Kyeamba, died at the age of 42. Born at Wagga, he was the second son of Mr. and Mrs. Angel, of Hayden Avenue, and late of Lake Albert, and has been resident of the district all his life. He is survived by his wife (nee Olive McFarland), one Son Noel; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. Angel, two brothers, Messrs. Ron (The Rock) and Len (Gregadoo) and one sister, Doris (Mrs. Bailey, Ladysmith). The funeral will take place this afternoon.
