At St. Matthews' Church of England, Currabubulla on April 2 the wedding took place of Winifred Edna, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Spinks (late of Cronulla), to Clarence Hilton, youngest son of Mr and Mrs Reading, of Werris Creek. Rev. Mr. West performed the ceremony. The church was beautifully decorated by friends of the bride. The bride entered the church on the arm of her father, and wore an ankle-length frock of white bridal satin relieved with pale pink apple blossoms. The train was also of satin, lined with pale pink georgette, and a beautifully embossed veil was worn cap fashion with a trail of orange blossoms on to each shoulder she carried a sheaf of cactus dahlias and roses. The bridesmaid was Miss Vera Reading, sister of the bridegroom, and she wore a pale pink satin ankle-length frock and hat to tone, and carried a bouquet of pink roses and blue delphiniums. The train-bearer, Alma Berlefold (niece of the bridegroom) wore an ankle-length frock of pale blue satin relieved with silver. Mr. Reg. Spinks (brother of the bride) was best man. Mrs. L. J.
