THE CORONER'S FINDING.
I find that Reginald Clare, laborer, and William Millar, laborer, of Billenbah, in the State of New South Wales, on the 28th day of January, 1911, at Billenbah aforesaid, did unlawfully and feloniously shoot the said Sarah Warby and the said Amy Mayo Warby from the effects of which the said Sarah and Amy Mayo Warby did die, and I further find that- the said Reginald Clare and William Millar in the manner and form aforesaid feloniously and wilfully did kill and murder the said Sarah Warby and the said Amy Mayo Warby. Upon this finding the Coroner committed the accused to stand their trial at the Circuit Court to be holden at Hay on the 5th of April next.
